1. No Refund Policy

At K.G.N Powers, we strive to provide the highest quality generators. Please note that **we follow a strict No Refund policy**. Once a purchase is finalized and the payment is processed, we do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

2. No Return Policy

Products once sold and delivered in good condition **cannot be returned**. We encourage our customers to thoroughly check the generator specifications (kVA, brand, and type) before finalizing the order.

3. Exchange Policy

We understand that unique situations may arise. Exchanges are permitted only under the following conditions:

• The product must be in its **original, unused condition** with all packaging materials and manuals intact.
• Exchanges must be requested within **48 hours** of delivery.
• An exchange is only applicable if the product delivered is different from the model ordered or if there is a verified manufacturing defect.
• The customer is responsible for any price difference and additional transportation costs for the exchanged unit.

4. Warranty & Service

Since we are wholesalers, technical warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers (e.g., Honda, Ashok Leyland). K.G.N Powers will assist you in connecting with the authorized service centers for any technical issues covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

5. Jurisdiction

All transactions and disputes are subject to the legal jurisdiction of the courts in **Kallakurichi and Erode, Tamil Nadu**.
